Capital crimes and offenses always result to capital punishments. In many countries, the execution of the capital punishment was taken to be of the crruelsome punishments instituted for people to avoid them repeat the same mistakes. Capital punishment in the past was executed mostly by societies, political bodies and religious dissidents. At some point, the execution was done on the public where everybody supported the killings of the victims might have been a nuisance in the society. Some of the crimes that have received such punishment are; robbery with violence, killing people, raping, genocide and many other case scenarios, (Roders 34). This paper tries to answer the following questions; what statistical data exist on capital punishment? Why should people be killed for their atrocities? How right is the punishment? Do the governments support this sentence? Do the religious bodies support it? Is there an alternative to this punishment? From statistical point of view, (Pericope adulterae' 56)capital punishment is being practiced in majority of the nations in the world.36 countries in the world practice it actively while other 103 have completely abolished it and repealed their laws against it. The defense for this kind of reason is that capital punishment is uncalled for human beings deserve to live. In other six countries, it is understood that they have abolished it partly as they still use it for serious crimes. This topic is of interest because everyone wants to know why we need capital punishment. Every offender deserves to be punished, and the absence of penalties makes people perform a lot of ill intended issues. It is very evident that anybody who makes offence in any OGUZ 3 society deserves to be punished, (Roders 100). Religiously, gross offenders were punished with death through stoning or beheading. Its, therefore, true that capital offenders need to punish by death, (Pericope adulterae' 40). There is an argument of the same case from deterrence point of view. Punishing people through killing is the only way to have people stop from killing others, (Lundin 56). Take for instance the issue about the terrorist attack by Hussein Sadam, if death were not executed, more terrorists would be featuring and the impact of the same would not be good. Further, reoffending never happens after capital punishment since it prevents an offender from retaliating. This is because some people are for the fact that people be given lifetime imprisonment, and this is not a safe way. The person will always remain a threat to the prison staff.One may also sneak from prison and revenge back in the society. Therefore, to silence.

to repeat the same offence as (Schabas 45) asserts.
From these arguments, it is quite clear that the death penalty is
the surest way of
preventing many crimes and atrocities from happening. Though
many arguments are there
against this kind of punishment, there is need to execute
offenders to have more scenarios
happening.
