Mettler-Toledo India Private Limited offers a standard warranty worldwide of 14 months from
the date of invoice. Warranty covers free replacement at the Company’s option - repair or
replacement of all parts found to be originally defective due to faulty workmanship. This warranty
does not include items, which are subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty excludes damages
out of adverse environment, negligent use, impact loading, accidents, power fluctuations, fire, flood,
etc. All balances carry a Company seal. The warranty becomes null and void if the weighbridges are
opened/repaired/modified by anyone other than the Company’s authorized personnel. The warranty
offered is an on- site warranty and is applicable only to the original buyer to whom the weighbridge is
invoiced. Mettler-Toledo India Private Limited will not be responsible for any damage/accident etc
due to the 4oor workmanship of civil works of weighbridge foundation and this will be sole
responsibility of the purchaser.
k) DELIVERY Within 6 weeks from date of receipt of clear purchase order.
l) PAYMENT
TERMS
100% advance within 15 days from the date of Performance Invoice. For all
customers who are out of Mumbai, the payment should be by way of a demand
draft. Draft should be drawn in favor of Mettler- Toledo India Private Limited,
payable at Mumbai.
m) VALIDITY OF THE
OFFER 20 days from the date of the company’s offer.
n) FORCE MAJEURE
All deliveries are subject to force majeure conditions including strikes, lock outs, go-slows and such
other Labour unrests which are beyond our control.

For all dispatches customers have to furnish ECC No., Local and Central Sales Tax No. of the
location where dispatch has to be affected with dates. In case of delivery to locations where road
