This document introduces Odoo Documents, a feature that allows companies to digitize and manage their documents. Without Odoo Documents, companies struggle with paper documents everywhere, wasted time, lost documents and folders, and lack of organization and collaboration. Odoo Documents offers a centralized place to store all documents regardless of location. It allows users to easily share, collaborate on, and process documents using folders, tags, and workflow actions. The integration with other Odoo apps further improves productivity by connecting documents to tasks, accounting, and other business processes.
