This document summarizes a student project on the relationship between communication skills and acceptability within an organization. The project hypothesized that people with better communication skills would be more accepted. It used a survey of 55 students to measure communication skills and levels of acceptability. Statistical analysis found a high correlation between communication and acceptability, supporting the hypothesis. Specifically, it found that people with work experience, those in their second year of study, and those involved in committees/clubs had higher levels of acceptability. The conclusion is that communication significantly impacts a person's acceptability within an organization.
