firstly thank you for your amazing support so far. Even though I had required from Colorado State
University to take care of all the documents by December 17, 2018, I have not received yeat. That
is why I have decided to share with you all the communica on with the Colorado State University
and the Guarantor in order to inform that all documents are almost done.
Once you get those documents by the

Fund this week.

that Colorado State University has already taken care of all the documents and I have required of
them to forward by December 17, 2018. Once you get those documents by the

Thank you for your email to the Rowe Fund. As stated in our previous email, once you received the

pending documents from your university, you can send them to us via email. Regarding your I-94, once
you arrive in the US you may obtain the I-94 form at h p://www.cbp.gov/I94. Bear in mind your
Guarantor’s agreement and the document must be sent by snail mail to the Rowe Fund Secretariat.
The complete set of documents should be in the office by no later than January 5th, 2018 to be
considered during the month of January. Otherwise, it will be placed on hold un l the applica on is
completed.

confess that I really appreciate the way that Rowe Fund and OAS Scholarship Program have
considered all my requests for being one of the Policital Science Master's Degree researcher at
Colorado State University. I mean that your team has demonstrated by analysing all the
documents a such deeper responsability with the cause of educa on right, and once more I
kindly require you to consider my condi on in this moment in order to receive the fund.
For that, I would like to ask you to consider my situa on as a refugge person who has no money
to foward all the documents in this moment. For the past two years, I have been seeking for
financial support in order to research about children in vulnerable condi on in my country, but
educa on is not a priority here, then I have finally found the OAS Scholarship Program and Rowe
Fund. The both programs have demonstrated that they follow the pinciples of Bologna
Declara on and overcoming all obstacles in order to guarantee the educa on right for every one,
even though your applicants have financial issues. I a ached in this email:
