oGIP RMR 
PROCESS 
INFORMATION HUB
THE RAISING PROCESS 
 Registration is done through the ORS website. 
 An interest mail and brand booklet is sent. (check slide 5 to see what 
interest mail contains.) 
 The participant is asked to send the CV in Europass format. 
 If the client meets certain criteria, he’s asked to take an Assess Hub 
Test. 
 If the results are Average or above, the client is called to a Review 
Board Meeting- a meeting between the EP manager and the EP (to 
figure the EP’s mentality.) 
 If everything runs smoothly, the EP is raised! (Check slide 6 for fee 
details). 
 The EP’s form is put on system.
THE MATCHING PROCESS 
 There are 3 different ways to match: 
- Search for available TNs in established IRs. 
- Send matching mails 
- Through Facebook matching groups. 
 If the TN and EP seem satisfied with each other, an interview 
is set up between the TN and the EP. If this works out, a 
company interview is set up for the EP. 
 An EP Acceptance Note is sent from the EP manager to the TN 
manager. A TN Acceptance Note is sent from the TN manager 
to the EP manager. (basically a MoU of sorts). 
 Once the TN Acceptance Note is sent, the client is officially 
matched!
THE REALISATION PROCESS 
 The EP starts preparing documents for VISA. Depending on the 
country’s VISA procedure, AIESEC produces the required 
documents. 
 The EP is invited to a cross-cultural orientation where he or 
she is familiarized with the norms of the country he or she is 
to visit. 
 If all goes well, the EP boards a flight to his/her designated 
country! 
 After the EP reaches, the EP sends an email denoting the 
same. Hence the EP is realized!
