This document describes a plugin developed by Blue Medora for monitoring PostgreSQL databases in Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c. The plugin extends the database monitoring capabilities of EM12c to PostgreSQL. It connects to PostgreSQL instances via remote JDBC connections without requiring an agent. The plugin provides dashboards, diagnostics, and nearly 200 metrics for monitoring PostgreSQL performance and configurations.
