3. Details
The Sign Up Genius page for New Year’s Eve will go live at 10:00AM on
Tuesday, September 6. A link to all active Sign Up Genius pages for
Villaggio Reserve will be sent in advance, which will allow residents access
to the event sign up immediately after it goes live. After refreshing the
page at 10:00AM, simply click on the New Year’s Eve event and log in to
your account to sign up.
Seating is limited to the first 180 residents who sign up using the Sign Up
Genius link. Residents may sign up for a maximum of TWO seats per
household to attend the event. Please see below for how to form tables
and request tablemates.
All checks should be made payable to “Villaggio Reserve Master POA”.
Payment is due in the main office by 5:00PM on Thursday, October 6.
TABLES
Seating will be grouped in tables of 10. Starting on Monday, October 10,
residents may contact the front office to request their tablemates among
those who have purchased a ticket. Each group is responsible for making
sure all tablemates sign up early and make payment. The Association will
make its best efforts to accommodate seating requests. Partial tables will
be combined to form complete tables of 10. Each table’s location within
the Ballroom will be randomly assigned. Due to room setup restraints, we
cannot guarantee requests for adjoining tables.
