ABSTRACT
The study included 205 respondents, sought to assess the
factors affecting the well-being of the nursing student of Asian
Development Foundation College students. This is a quantitative
study that employed a two-part questionnaire used in data
collection. The results revealed that there are more females than
males; most of the respondents were 18-20 years old; from 1st year
level; mostly are Roman Catholics; who lived in the boarding house
with the estimated income of their parents of 20,001 and above,
working as government employees. The mean response was
computed to identify the factors affecting the well-being of the
nursing students of ADFC, resulting to a grand mean of 3.7073
which signified that the respondent’s well-being were
usually influenced by the identified factors.

ABSTRACT
The study used the quantitative research. The data gathered
were analyzed using frequency, percentage, rank and weighed
mean. Chi- square test of independence was used to test the
relationship of variables in the study.
Each demographic characteristic was tested for association with
the ten identified factors affecting the well-being of nursing
students. Based on a Likert five-point scale the result showed that
most of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing students at Asian
Development Foundation College A.Y
. 2023-2024 are disagreed of
factors affecting the well-being of the nursing students. There
is no statistically significant association between the
demographic profile and the factors. Therefore, the null
hypothesis is true and accepted.
