My aim is to change the teaching atmosphere from simply cramming information into a more
engaging participatory environment. Moreover, I will apply innovative and interactive teaching
methods as a course coordinator for the undergraduate pediatric nursing course. I am very invested in
trying new teaching methods to strengthen young nurses' body of knowledge. That was my core
motivation for conducting my research study about incorporating e–learning into traditional teaching
methods. Correspondingly, I will be qualified to apply for a position on the simulation lab quality
