2. ABSTRACT
The project is to provide a paper-less and providing low-cost
reliable automation. It is impossible for many persons to visit doctor at
any time. It might have happened so many times that you or someone
yours need doctors help immediately, but they are not available due to
some reason. In that case the web application we developed may help
peoples to seek doctor’s help at required time, getting appointment
from doctor in the online. This system provides medical suggestions for
patients on any time either by go green medicines or by consulting the
doctor through online. So we hereby make an web application for
patients and from that they can easily undergoes treatment. The user
who is needing for doctor’s help at their home can consult doctors
easily. It also saves the time of the user. From this the doctors get more
customers from online and they earn a lot. Moreover, the frequently
accessed doctors are credited with some amount by the organization. 2/13

3. INTRODUCTION
Hospital are the essential part of our lives, providing best
medical facilities to people suffering from various ailments, which may be
due to change in climatic conditions, increased work-load, emotional
trauma stress etc. Hospitals currently use a manual system for the
management and maintenance of critical information. The current system
requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread throughout the
hospital management infrastructure. The main aim of our project is to
provide a paper-less hospital up to 90%. It also aims at providing low-cost
reliable automation. It might have happened so many times that you or
someone yours need doctors help immediately, but they are not available
due to some reason. This system provides medical suggestions for patients
on any time either by go green medicines or by consulting the doctor
through online. The user who is needing for doctor’s help at their home
can consult doctors easily. It also saves the time of the user. From this the
doctors get more customers from online and they earn a lot.

4. EXISTING SYSTEM
The current manual system has a lot of paper work
Patient does have to wait in queue to visit the doctor.
Doctors was attended few clients in every day
The retrieval of records of previously registered patients will be a
tedious job.
Lack of security for the records, anyone disarrange the records of
your system.
If someone want to check the details of the available doctors the
previous system does not provide any necessary detail of this type.

5. PROPOSED WORK
This system help the patient to get organ quickly whenever
required.
Patient does not have to wait in queue to visit the doctor.
This system saves time of both doctor and patient.
The system also helps to search for the hospitals available
depending on the disease entered by the user
Doctors get more clients online.
The new proposed system contains the details of every past doctor
and patients for future assistance.
The new proposed system is very fast with 100% accuracy and saves
time.

6. MODULE DESCRIPTION
Login Module
The main activities in the application are the user login page
for user. The other modules are followed by this login page. This
module records only user and password of the user.
Registration Module
Another main function of our proposed system is registration,
in order to register with the unique application details such as name;
password, email, place and time are required.
Administration
This module handles all the master entry details for the
hospital requirement such as consultation detail, doctor
specialization, consultancy fee, and service charges.
Pharmacy
This module deals with all medical items. This module helps
in maintaining Item Master, Receipt of Drugs/consumables, issue,
handling of material return, generating retail bills, stock
maintenance. It also helps in fulfilling the requirements of both IPD
and OPD Pharmacy.

12. CONCLUSION
This application avoids the manual work and the problems
concern with it. It is an easy way to obtain the information regarding
the various travel services that are present in our System. Well I and
my team member have worked hard in order to present an improved
website better than the existing one’s regarding the information
about the various activities. Still, we found out that the project can
be done in a better way. Primarily, In this system patient login and
then go to reception. By using this patient will send request for
consulting the doctor. Reception will set the date for doctor
appointments. After that doctor see his appointments and see the
patients, surgeries also done. The next enhancement is, we will
develop online services. That mean, if patient have any problems he
can send his problem to the doctor through internet from his home
then doctor will send reply to him. In this patients have some login
name and password.
