Officially approved Form and their Copies
“E-101” as well as “A-1” can be provided to EU
Companies / Clients as evidence of legal
employment by NOVIKONTAS and posted after
secondment in Lithuania to any other country
of EU for using by third parties.

Novikontas employs Lithuanian/Latvian seafarers solely with
a view to making them available to third parties, who may be
natural or legal persons in Lithuania or Latvia and/or abroad,
and who assign these seafarers their tasks and supervise the
execution of these tasks (Council Regulation(EC) No.1408/71
and coming in force in 2011 updated regulation (EC) No.
883/2004). This employment service of the Novikontas is
referred to as ‘posting’
All contracts and agreements are made in accordance with
ILO conventions.
Seafarers are employed/recruited according to “Maritime
Labour Convention’2006”.
