Find out how to control your contractor and make sure the job gets done. Don’t get burned when underestimating your costs. How to avoid the FBI shutting down your work site . . . As Tim had to deal with on one site. How to avoid the Monday Blues . . . Those are the Mondays no one shows up at the job site. What to do when you paid half to the contractor and received no product and no work, and they won’t answer you calls. What to do when you blow your budget but still have key items to address. How do you stay on your timeline and what to do when you cant. Tim will also discuss what your contractor agreements should look like and how the contractor should get paid.
