The North Lincoln Fitness and Nutrition Program is a free fitness program that is offered four times a week.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW North Lincoln Community Fitness Program knows that proper diet and exercise is the only way to gain muscles and/or loose fat. The key to transforming a skinny, overweight or average body is proper diet/exercise technique. This fitness program will provide competent, well-trained fitness instructors and a licensed Dietitian that will help you to achieve a healthy fitness goal. This is a free community workout program for adults of all ages.
