This document provides an overview of normal radiographic anatomy of the spinal regions, including the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and pelvis regions. Key anatomical structures are labeled on anterior-posterior, lateral, and oblique radiographic views. The cervical spine images show the occipital condyles, vertebral bodies, intervertebral discs, transverse processes, and spinous processes. Thoracic spine images label the vertebral bodies, intervertebral discs, transverse processes, and ribs. Lumbar and pelvis images identify the vertebral bodies, intervertebral discs, transverse processes, sacrum, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis.
