The Middlesex County ESL Education and Training Program’s future funding in
doubt due to a lack of focus, structure and student interaction. By designing new
course protocol and educational approaches as well as piloting computer, math
and business training, the Middlesex County, Political Refugee Program
eventually proved to be successful.
The new administrative and instructional team’s willingness to work, in concert, with
the student body played a major role in this accomplishment.

Having received a Secret Level Security Clearance - was promoted to Configuration
Control Manager. The Configuration Control Manager’s main responsibility was to be
the liaison to combat system engineers contracted the U.S. Navy. The position
