· Overseeing those within my organization
· THON is the world’s largest run student organization in the world that raises money to help defeat
pediatric cancer. Each Penn State campus raises as much money as they can that go towards the
grand total that then goes to the Four Diamonds Fund to help the children battling the cancer, the
parents, and the research.
· Conducted meetings to the organization’s members to inform them with new information
and events within the THON community

· Establishing a safe environment for those in the pool. All patrons must be accounted for while on
stand to make sure they are not actively drowning or submerged under water and if so to perform the
correct training and skills I have to make sure the patron is properly saved and okay.
