2. Other previous experiences were as Project Engineer during construction of Sewage and
Wastewater Treatment Plants and Engineer in Trainee during the construction of the 4000 tons per
day sugar manufacturing plant, involving the installation ,erection of Steam Boilers,Conveyor
systems,Deaerator,Demineralizer feedwater ,250 HP Boiler Feedpumps,Forced Draft Fans @
4,240 CFM;Induced Draft Fans @ 144,720 CFM, steam piping, process piping , fuel oil piping
systems and pneumatic temperature instrumentation and controls. After the plant construction, I
was promoted as Boiler Operating Engineer responsible of operating and maintaining Steam
Boilers at 420 psig operating pressure providing steam to Centrifugal Clarifiers,Steam Turbine
Generators thus providing power to entire manufacturing plant in lieu of the 600 KW Diesel
Engine Generating standby units.(1969 – 1984).
