ELIGIBLE FOR A JOB.

 The major problem faced by a youth
during employment is the poor
communication skill possessed by
him/her. That is a major problem faced
by every youth. The foundation of the
communication skills is laid in the
school level itself.

•Speaking English should be made
compulsory at least in English lectures.
The criteria for a student to pass a class
is 33% in the academics that should be
changed and each student had to
undergo a personal interview by a
teacher and only after performing well
in that interview, he should be
promoted to the next class. Or the
interviews should be held in every unit
test to ensure the motivation of the
student to possess good
communication skills.
