PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
nForcer is packaged in 1,000 L (275 gal)
IBC totes. Product should be stored in
a dry, well-ventilated space. Keep con-
tainer closed. Protect from direct sun-
light. Keep away from flames, heat, and
sparks.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
nForcer readily dissolves into oil-based drilling fluids and can be emulsified into
aqueous systems. Nano-sized particles of iron oxide provide unique properties not
found in conventional additives. nForcer can be used on-shore or off-shore.
APPLICATION
A typical effective treatment is 1-3 vol% of the total system. A pilot test program is
recommended to determine optimum concentration and develop a treatment re-
gime. For whole mud treatment: blend into active system over 1-2 full circulations.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Review Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to using the product. Follow prop-
er procedures and precautions for handling industrial chemicals and use appropri-
ate personal protective equipment. Avoid prolonged inhalation and skin contant.

nForcer-20 is a premium, multi-functional additive for water- and oil-
based drilling fluids containing 20 wt% of iron oxide nanoparticles
stabilized with a fatty acid surfactant and suspended in a petroleum
distillate carrier oil.
