This document provides an update from a ministry working in rural villages in Latvia. It discusses providing assistance to those in need, growing children's ministry programs, starting new home groups and Bible studies, visiting the elderly during winter, and hopes for expanding transportation options to better serve the community. The ministry aims to prove God's love through deeds by helping those experiencing poverty, illness, loneliness, and more. They are thankful for continued support and look forward to what God will accomplish through their efforts in the coming year.

1. Mat 25:34-36
Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand,
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
for I was hungry, and ye gave me to eat; I was thirsty,
and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took
me in; I was naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and
ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Dear friends in Lords field, we are so thankful
for your cooperation in this part of the field. We
have our Lords command to make disciples, and
to preach gospel. Also helping to the pore, to the
needy is important part of bringing the gospel
of Love to the people here.
In these years of being involved in such kind of
ministry we have learned how important is to
prove your words by deeds. When you say to
some body God loves you, he ask you how much,
than what would be your answer. Many times in
late hours, in rain or snow in cold or heat carrying
bags, boxes sorting, looking for something special
for some one I give myself question: is it work
for Pastor. Answer that comes is: can I love them
less than God our Lord loves them. He gave His
Son Jesus Christ for every one.
Of course it's not easy to see children sleeping
without mattresses on parents coats covering
themselves with their coats. Or to see mother
that spear few teaspoons of cooking oil and
bit of flour to bake kind of pancake for
breakfast. Of course it's result of curse, sin,
laziness but isn't we cold to destroy the works
of devil and broke the yoke of curse?

Instead of crisis that affected our
nation very hard it didn't decreased our ministry
activities. Instead of all surrounding depression
we used this time as opportunity to move forward
to expand kingdom here in our nation. Of course
it was challenge but so we called to step on
conditions and move forward to inherit victory.
We are thankful for faithful people that
God gave us in our team one of them is Aigars
family, it wasn't easy year for them, but they
faithfully pressed through and broth good impact
to many lives. This year they started new home
group in village Rosme and did outreach in
school for disabled children.
This year we were able give Christmas presents
to the to 200 children in 5 villages. Special Prayer for salvation at new
thanks to Ari and all others from Finland that Home group in village Rosme
helped with presents.

3. Marina is in deep depression and doctors
can't help her any more. We got call from
Social worker to come to help.
Faina 50 and Edgars 65 got their son after they
taught they will newer again have baby. Son
arrived in September. They got hear so much
condemnation that they are to old, to pore. And
our support was as a miracle to them and giving
them strength and courage to continue.
Our children ministry has been growing in past two
years out of 12 to 40 children at Sundays.

Our ministry is called to go to places where
no one else want go. Weak, homeless,
cursed, sick, old, rejected ones. If we are
not finding them they find us knocking to the
doors, entering church meeting doors. We
try hard remain in Lord's will ministering to them.

4. The oldest church member she is 95 in picture
above attends every Sunday church service.
She lives alone all her children had died, last
son died 7 years ago from alcohol. So church
takes care of her.
As you can see children are special to us,
5 teenagers came to village service to get
some presents. But when we called to
come for salvation prayer they went to the
front.
In villages children are first who waits for
as when we will come to meetings. There
Are number of 30 that attends with out
parents. One reason is that parents belong
to other denomination and there are no
children ministry, other reason is that in
country side they must work also at
Sundays. Many villages don't have buss
connection with our town or it's only two
lines per day, so we go by our vanes to
bring them to the church. Last Sunday I
did three rides before and after service.
Please we would like ask you to pray
for this situation because we feel that we
need bigger transport a van or buss!

5. At the end of last year we have started three
new Bible study groups at picture above is
Lasma with two of our sons after prayer
group in village that's populated mostly
by Russian speaking people.
At the very last days of the year we decide to
visit old and lonely people in our town and
villages. Those that are not coming out of
room, outside there is snow and ice hard for
them to walk. We would like you to ask to pray
for Hariys, at the bottom picture, although he
don't believe in Christ he let us to pray for Him.
And when we were leaving we ask him if he
would love us see again he told yes. So there
will be other opportunities to testify him and
pray for him.
New 2010 year already has started and we are
looking forward for new opportunities that this
year will bring for more souls in to the Kingdom.
We are looking forward for bigger things God
will do here to establish and enlarge His
Kingdom that we can take part in all what he
is doing.
