 Defence quality assurance experience. : Worked in various capacities in the Quality Assurance laboratories engaged in quality control of Rubber, Plastics, Paints, Textiles, Chemicals, metallic powders, Fuels etc. All these materials are tested to relevant national / international specifications like IND/ME, JSS, BS, IS, CS, ASTM etc.
 Experience include testing & decision making on acceptance or otherwise of the materials considering their deviation in test parameters viz a viz quantity involved, cost of store & criticality of end use requirement.
 Instrumental Methods of analysis. : Completed 2 ½ months course in instrumental methods of analysis conducted by University of Pune.
 Familiar with most of the modern instruments like Flame photometer, Chloride titrator, KF Titrator, Particle size analyzer, Gas Chromarograph, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, HPLC excused in the chemical analysis. Many new methods of analysis have been developed using above instruments.
 Setting up Contract Purchase procedure. : Aware of the procedure of procurement of defence store from private industries. The purchase procedure includes vetting of technical indents / documents, correctness of specification, warranty, delivery period and other important terms & conditions in tender / supply orders.
 Experience in Textile Chemistry
 Experience of heading quality control department in leading TEXTILE TESTING LABORATORY of Controllerate of Quality Assurance ( Military Explosives ) Aundh road Khadki Pune where all types of textile materials are tested to National & International specifications.
