PHASE 01
15/11/2012 was our first beginning …we had this bright idea and
we decided to make it real !

We based our idea on a concept , we have seen that people who
are handicaps or having problems in muscles are not
respected by our society in Egypt also they are considered as
consummators citizens not productive ones , so we thought
about helping them physically and psychologically .

We had our first meeting , we began our work and we successfully
finished PHASE01 .
PHASE 02
After that we started phase 02 and we began our brainstorming , we held
meetings together and started to work .
S.W.O.T DIAGRAM AFTER ELIMINATIONS :
 - Hasn’t been realized . -it will cost a big amount of money to make a model.
 - Will make a mutation in the domain of treatment.- People
Materials will change with the change of the person .
 - wont notice any handicap using this device ,

 - Will be wireless

 - Will help handicaps to live as valid people.

 - will be used easily

 - -could be used in case of dangerous foot injury .

--Our society doesn’t respect paralyzed so we would like to give Egyptian society doesn’t have the culture of trying
                                                             Our -
them the opportunity to be able to help themselves and experiencing new things that might help it -
-People will love the appearance - it will be difficult to find a factory that will manage -
                                                               the production -
PHASE 03
In 30/12/2012 , our principal student Walid Elmasry arranged a meeting with
Doc. Moutsafa Elkhalil the director of "Alexandria company of
prosthesis", the conversation was about how to do marketing to our
product and if there is actually any product in the same topic .
Also we had to know the cost of our project and how and when
will our invention cover its costs and make benefits ,so we made an
expected calculation of the efficiency of the project.
THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PROJECT’S PLAN
Someone paralyzed: ( the government pays for him)

              Per month 1600 L.E
              Per year 19200 L.E
       After treatment:
              Per month 2000 L.E
              Per year 24000 L.E
       Device's coast : 3000 L.E (lost)
                   19200 – 3000= 16200L.E
        Compensate for the loss: 200 x 15 = 3000 L.E
                                (Pound) x (month

So he will compensate the loss in 15 month with his own
       salary .
-someone paralyzed for 10 years ago spend : 192000 (payed from the government)
-Someone productive after the treatment spend for 10 years : 240000 ( work salary )
So his salary will increase for about 48000 L.E
PHASE 04
In phase 04 we were meant to evaluate our general objectives of the project
evaluate when objectives are achieved and the techniques we , ways to
would use to apply our project .We also planed our time in the gantter
chart and we finished our timetable .Also the materials were precisely
determined and bought.
GANTTER CHART
PHASE 05
In this stage we had a lot of work to do so we decided to divide the work .
Walid had to collect all of the project’s data in one video . Adham had to
summarize PHASE 01 and Phase 02 and finish the presentation and
John summarized PHASE 03 and PHASE 04 . We collected all of the
data in one video and we began to search for our prototype.
THE JOURNEY TO FIND THE PROTOTYPE “BODY”
So the journey began , we started our search by going to a medical stores
next to the faculty of medicine . We asked in many stores but things we
found are not what we expected , it was too expensive or too big . We
were about to give up . While heading home we noticed a store we
haven’t seen before , we went in and asked and we found what we came
   for
