The Nebraska Library Association (NLA) is the voice of Nebraska's libraries and aims to advocate for members, enrich their professional lives, and promote library interests in the state. The New Members Round Table (NMRT) provides orientation for new NLA members, encourages participation in library organizations, and promotes professional growth through information sharing. NMRT membership is open to those with 10 or fewer years of NLA membership or library experience. Joining provides opportunities to network, present research, and gain experience in a supportive environment.
