 Steven Victor, MD, has served as owner and chief executive

Beyond his activities as a dermatologist, Dr. Steven Victor
engages with a number of professional organizations. For more
than two decades, Dr. Steven Victor has been a member of the
American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.
Over the course of nearly four decades, the American Society for
Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS) has functioned as the world
leader in research and education in areas of medical laser
technology and related energy-based procedures. In order to
keep its membership informed of the latest industry trends and
innovations, the organization has introduced a number of new
workshops and education sessions for its upcoming 2017 ASLMS
Annual Conference.

3. AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR LASER MEDICINE &
SURGERY
 The session covering energy-based treatments of
onychomycosis, scheduled during the masters luncheon
session, will discuss the potential of laser innovations in
treating nail fungal infections, while the device-assisted
hair restoration workshop, set to take place during the
masters breakfast session, will instruct medical
professionals in matters of robotic hair transplant
procedures, energy-based transplant support, and other
injectable methods of hair loss treatment. Additional

range from recent advances in laser treatments for
