This document discusses different network topologies including bus, star, ring, mesh, tree, and hybrid topologies. Bus topology connects all devices to a single cable in a line. Star topology connects all devices to a central hub or switch. Ring topology connects devices in a closed loop or ring so that signals pass through each device in turn.
