• Building the case for Networks as a way of organising
• Supporting Network Leaders with learning, sharing and connecting
Our methodology: Most Significant Change
The MSC approach involves generating and analysing personal accounts of change
(improvement) and deciding which of these accounts is the most significant – and
why. Essentially, the process involves the collection of significant change (SC) stories
and the systematic selection of the most significant of these stories by panels of
designated stakeholders or staff.
Interested in working with us to create a case study.

The evidence is compelling that the proposed network hub meets a real need within NHS England.
Networks as a key vehicle to address big health, care and policy challenges
