  • 2. AIM OF NEP 2020 THE AIM OF NEP IS UNIVERSALISATION OF EDUCATION FROM PRE-SCHOOL TO SECONDRY LEVEL WITH 100% GROSS ENROLMENT RATIO IN SCHOOL EDUCATION. ABOUT 2 CRORE OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN WILL BE BROUGHT BACK TO MAIN STREAM UNDER NEP 2020.
  • 4. NEW FORMAT OF EDUCATION FORMAT CLASS STAGE AGE 5 PLAY WAY + Ist + 2nd FOUNDATION AL 3 to 8 years 3 3rd+ 4th + 5th PREPRATORY 8 to 11 years 3 6th + 7th + 8th MIDDLE 11 to 14 years 4 9th + 10th +11th +12th SECONDRY 14 to 18 years
  • 5. HOW STUDENTS WILL GETS IN ADMISSION IN HIGHER CLASSES CAT (COMMON AMPLITUTE TEST)  MULTIPLE ENTRY AND EXIT 1 YEAR – CERTIFICATE 2YEARS-- DIPLOMA 3 YEARS -- DEGREE 4 YEAR – RESEARCH AND GRADUATE
  • 6. GOALS TO ACHIEVE NCERT WILL DEVELOP AN NATIONAL CURRICULAR AND PEDAGOGICAL FRAME WORK FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN UPTO AGE OF 8. NATIONAL EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY FORUM TO BE CREATED. PARAKH WILL BE SETUP AS STANDARD SET UP AS STANDARD SETTING BODY. NO RIGID SEPRATION BETWEEN ARTS AND SCIENCE.
  • 7. .  VOCATIONAL INTEGRATION FROM CLASS 6th ONWARDS. TEACHERS TO BE PREPARED FOR ASSESMENT REFORMS FROM 2023. EVERY CHILD WILL COME TO SCHOOL ADEPT IN ATLEAST ONE SKILL. COMMON STANDARD FOR LEARNING IN PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
  • 8. TEACHER EDUCATION A NEW AND COMPREHENSIVE- NATIONAL CURRICULUM FRAME FOR TEACHER EDUCATION (NCFTE)- 2021 WILL BE FORMULATED BY -NCTE IN CONSULTATION WITH NCERT BY RTHE MINIMUM DEGREE QUALIFICATION FOR TEACHING WILL BE 4 YEARS INTEGRATED B.ed DEGREE.
  • 9. . A COMMON NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHER WILL BE DEVELOPED BY NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TEACHER EDUCATION BY 2022 IN CONSULTATION WITH NCERT, SCERTS TEACHER AND EXPERT ORGANISATIONS FROM ACROSS LEVELS AND REGIONS. CONTINIOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR 50Hrs TO LEARN NEW TEACHING AND PEDAGOGICAL TECHNIQUES AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
