IT Project Manager / Installation Manager / Installation Lead Engineer. Age 44-51
 Spearheaded the new start-up company providing installation services of high tech screen display systems to the bookmaking
industry.
 Successfully project managed and carried out technical lead installation in over 700 bookmaker retail outlets nationally.
 Designed all business operating and quality checking procedures providing the business with a 100% successful installation track
record to-date.
 Strengthened the company’s business by leading implementation of specialized industry technologies providing consolidated
technical installation services and abilities.
 Scheduled all client hardware deployment projects maintaining full traceability of hardware and serial number logistics.

Divisional Operations Director - Age 23-35
 Responsible for the group's North West steel pipe flange manufacturing facilities and factory management after the company's
relocation from Waterhead in Oldham to Bolton.
 Developed the company’s business by strategic capital plant including CNC and semi-automatic lathes, machining centres and
automatic drilling machines.
 Successfully expanded the businesses product services from the production of mild steel pipe flanges (15mm to 1800mm nominal
bore) to machining and drilling of flange forgings producing weld neck, boss type, trilobe and special flanges (15mm to 600mm
nominal bore) within the British and American piping standards.
 Spearheaded the development and product service portfolio working with the sales team to open up new markets with ABB and BSS
achieving accreditation as suppliers to the oil, water and gas industries.
 Formulated, designed and personally compiled a grounds up new IT system for order processing, stock and production control using
the first market leading highly successful MS DOS relational database - Compsoft's Delta 5 in 1991 which the company still operates
with to-date within an MSDOS virtual environment.
 Designed and specified all PC hardware and network infrastructure.
 Researched and implemented new sources of revenue and increased profit margins by outsourcing certain product ranges from
China, India and Romania increasing product line profit margins 60%

My first employment leaving comprehensive school at 16. Initially my role was fluid moving from the sales department to the drawing office.
In the sales department I learnt about the company products manufactured for clients within the water, gas, oil industries and progressed to
sales assistant where I was successful in customer liaison and administrative order processing. Ever the inquisitive one and looking to expand
my knowledge of the company's departments and procedures I took on extra duties in the production technical drawing department switching
between the two roles as demand required. As my late teenage years passed I learnt how to operate the oxy / propane steel cutting auto
machines in the raw material department and progressed to learn how to operate the lathes and drilling machines in the machining department
- in addition to my sales and technical drawing duties.
