This document outlines a program for a nonprofit organization called Survivor that provides treatment, prevention, and intervention services for individuals who have experienced sexual assault or abuse. The mission is to help individuals deal with the trauma caused by sexual assault or abuse through various treatment methods tailored to each individual. The organization aims to support these individuals and help them understand that the abuse was not their fault and that there is help available. The program serves people of all genders, sexualities, cultures, races, and ethnicities. It addresses several political, economic, social, and cultural factors that could impact clients and the organization. A line-item budget and information system are also outlined.

 Mission:The Mission is to provide treatment, prevention, and intervention for individuals
who are survivors of sexual assault or abuse (including sex trafficking).
 This Program serves all genders and sexuality and cultures, races, and ethnicities
 Goal & Objective: The goal is to help individuals deal with the trauma caused by sexual
assault or abuse. Whether it is dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and
abuse, rape, incest, stalking, and sex trafficking. The objective is to support these
individuals and to treat them with different methods that apply well to each individual.I
want these individuals ultimately to know it is NOT THEIR FAULT and THEY ARE NOT ALONE
and THERE IS HELP to live a happy and fulfilling life.

A political factor is getting political leaders
involvedand seeing the purpose for the
organization's advocacy.
An economical issue is individuals having the
money or insurance to seek treatment for
sexual assault or abuse.
A social factor that may affect clients could
be cultural factors and beliefs.

so much more.

5. Organizational theories and design
The ContingencyTheory will be used because it used different methods and approaches. This
will be beneficial for our client(s). There are several departments for this organization:
Research team contains 6 individuals, HR and budgeting Manager, 8
Licensed therapist and/or experts who majored in sexual assault
and abuse counseling. There are many services we cover, such as: Rape, Incest,
Sodomy, Maritual or relationshipsexual assault or abuse, Sexual harassment, child rape, blitz
sexual assault, stranger rape, sex trafficking and so much more.

We need to document,: How many patients
have suceeded the program, How many
different cultures or races do we work with,
Document the program and how it works with
children and youth and connects to school-
based programs, document events,seminars
and political advocacy and how beneficial it
is to the community.

8. Program Evaluation
We use quantitative and qualitative evaluation: We use Patton's (2008, P.
243) six elements to focus on in measuring outcomesas well as choosing
the best method/combination of methods to answer the evaluation
questions (Lewis, J.A., 2012).
