As its National Apprenticeship Week and our apprentices at Wave have been here for over 6 months, we thought we put together something explaining what department they are on now and will be on for the last 6 months of their apprenticeship.

how are they doing
6 months later?

2. 6 months have passed and our apprentices are climbing the ladder of opportunity.
Wave are happy to say that our four apprentices have each brought something different
and exciting to the team, and are achieving all expectations.
Now that they have gained knowledge of each department, they are ready to go on to
the next stage of the apprenticeship, and move into only one of our three departments.

3. What Goda will be doing next?
“In the next 6 months of my apprenticeship I am
looking forward to extending my knowledge within
the sales sector, and achieve all targets set”

“The next 6 months on my department of analytics
and marketing will be another fun challenge
and I look forward to how I progress”
“So far the apprenticeship has been a real fun
challenge, gaining all the knowledge to achieve

“I’m really looking forward to building on these areas

6. What Lily will be doing next?
“Over the next six months I hope to develop
my skills further in my new department”
“During the first six months of the apprenticeship
I enjoyed the challenges set in place, and overcome
many personal obstacles. It also gave me the chance
to find my feet, and discover the kind of work that
I would like to be doing in the future”

87% of employers said they were satisfied

of their product or service.

8. National Apprenticeship Week is co-ordinated by the
National Apprenticeship Service and is designed to celebrate
apprenticeships and traineeships and the positive impact they
have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
