Job Profile
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Installation & Configuration of peripheral devices like printer, scanners etc.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with
impacted constituencies.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software
issues.
• Troubleshoot server operating system, network hardware and network application errors
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network,WAN,VLAN, firewall and server access problems for
end-users.
• Responsible for machine backup and technical Issues.
