Your experiences change your brain by building inner strengths through neural structures formed from those experiences. While the brain is good at learning from bad experiences, it is not as good at learning from good experiences, even though learning from the good is how to develop inner strengths. We can deliberately use the mind to change the brain for the better by having positive experiences, enriching them, absorbing them into our neural structures, and linking both positive and negative material. Over time, taking in many small good experiences builds up to significant inner strengths.
