Editor's Notes
What is the reason your organisation exists? Why do you get out of bed in the morning and come to work?
Another great example of this is a man who helped shape the civil rights movement in America, Martin Luther King Jr. Between 200-300,000 people (depending on who you ask) converged on Washington to hear Martin Luther King speak. In an age when you couldn’t check the day and time on the internet, or text people to let them know about it, or for some even travel on a bus. Some people travelled for hours or days to get to the rally. Not because of what Martin Luther was going to say or his twelve step plan for fixing the civil rights issues in America, but because they believed in what he believed in for the future of America. It was the “I Have a Dream” speech, not the “I have a plan” version. Now there is some science behind the golden circle theory to do with our brains but I am not going to bore you with it, those who are that way inclined can ask me about it later!
