This document discusses trends in paper couponing and the rise of digital couponing in Belgium from 2010 to 2012. It finds that the number of paper coupons exchanged increased from 2010 to 2012, as did the savings provided to consumers. On average, Belgian households exchanged 23 coupons per year. The document also notes a rise in no-ad mail stickers on mailboxes and an increase in digital couponing, with 600,000 eCoupons exchanged in 2012 providing €970,000 in savings.
