Horror
What is a horror film?
Horror is a film genre seeking to elicit a negative emotional reaction
from viewers by playing on the audience's primal fears. Horror films
often feature scenes that startle the viewer. They may overlap with the
fantasy, supernatural, and thriller genres.

Could I produce a horror film
trailer?
After analysing other horror film trailers and looking at the genre
conventions I have decided that it would be possible for me to create a
horror film trailer. However, horror films can be highly subjective and
need to be very good/scary to be successful, this would put pressure
on my production company as creating a film to compete with award
winning horrors on a small budget may prove difficult.
Mise en scene wouldn't be too difficult as filming at night and make up
for things such as cuts and blood would work well.
