What is the best strategy to ensure that a
business meeting can achieve its objectives?
• Keep team members interested.
• Give the time and opportunity for everyone to participate as they may have
ideas to contribute on the board.
• Have an intermediary which will be general in ideas.
• Be punctual.
• Try not to address a topic for a long time because it can be boring for others.
• Do not consume food or as little as possible.
3. My effective business meeting:
• The ideal for my meeting is that my team is punctual that speaks well of
people, get 5 min. Would be ideal. Provide appropriate ideas, related to the
topics, by all team members. Have an intermediary who supports us in the
decisions that will be made. Try to avoid cries, bad answers etc. Since we are
here to listen and support the decisions made as a team. Try not to eat food
on the board. Be clear and direct on the issues that you wish to address.
4. The three most common problems are:
The puntuality:

meeting that was called afterwards speaks of irresponsibility. Arriving

6. Do not know how to listen:
• Learn that others also have important ideas to bring the
team, learn to listen and not get upset by doing what you
want.

8. No communication between team members
• Having communication between the team is part of the trust, and this comes
hand in hand with the previous one because if we know how to listen we will
have a good atmosphere among all.
