• Under PMEGP scheme 8 lakh Units are established.
• 64 lakhs people got employment.
• Subsidies are allotted in a fair manner by inspection and physical verification of
pmegp units.
• The government announced the extension of PMEGP scheme over the
15th Finance Commission Cycle from 2021-22 to 2025-26 with an outlay of Rs
13,564 Cr.
