– Purpose: This four-module curriculum was written to provide counter-extremism
training as part of the existing United Nations Police Peacekeeping curriculum
Curriculum Development: Incident Command System (2016)
– Purpose: This five-module curriculum was written to provide training to United
Nations Police Peacekeeper Command Staff in managing critical incidents
Curriculum Development: Criminal Investigative Trainer’s Course, Republic
of Georgia (2014)
– Purpose: This six week curriculum, included 45 investigative topic areas and 11
instructional topic areas which written to provide Georgian Police Instructors and
Prosecutors with an international stand of best practices in criminal investigation
Curriculum Development: Federal Investigative Training Center’s Master
Instructor Course, Republic of Iraq (2012)
– Purpose: This 12 week curriculum, included 240 hours of investigative and
instructional training written to provide the Iraqi National Police and Iraq’s High
Judicial Council with a standardized course in criminal investigation
Curriculum Evaluation: International Associate of Directors of Law Enforcement
Standards and Training (IADLEST)
– Currently working as an independent contractor to evaluate submitted law
enforcement-related curriculum to determine if it meets IADLEST standards of
“best practices” in law enforcement training.
EXPERIENCE PROMOTING CULTURAL DIVERSITY
– Working with multi-national women’s groups in Domestic Violence Initiatives-
Collaborated closely with international women’s groups in the prevention of
domestic violence, and the development of domestic violence programs in the
Republic of Georgia
– Established a relationship with Chechen Tribal Elders in remote region of
Georgia-Established the first-known US interface and collaboration with the
Chechen Tribal Elders of the Pankisi Gorge in Georgia in order to establish
community policing and domestic violence initiatives in this remote region

– Integrated Police and Prosecutors with no previous history of interface-
Integrated Iraq’s National Police with Iraq’s High Judicial Council in their first
integrated training venue and acceptance of standardized core curriculum
– Successfully advocated for gender equality in investigative training-successfully
lobbied for female officers and prosecutors in all training programs in Georgia.
– Successfully collaborated with the European Union in developing police
curriculum and training-Facilitated the first successful collaboration in Iraq with
the European Union Rule of Law (EUJUS LEX) in developing curriculum and the
presentation of police training
– Acted as sole Foreign Advisor in violence and domestic violence initiatives in
the Georgian Ministry-Acted as a personal advisor to Georgia’s Deputy Minister
Levan Izoria in all violence and domestic violence initiatives undertaken by the
government of Georgia

Mobile Training Team Trainer (Rwanda and Senegal, 2016)
– Taught a variety of human rights and police related topics in 8-week and 3-week
training programs to Formed Police Units as part of their Pre-Deployment Training
as UN Peacekeepers to the Central African Republic
Police Advisor and Trainer (Georgia, 2014)
– Taught 80 hours of a120 hour criminal investigation program which I developed
for Georgia
– Provided domestic violence prevention, intervention, and investigation training
– Evaluated domestic violence training being conducted at the International Law
Enforcement Academy (ILEA), Budapest, Hungary
Guest Instructor- Anti-Corruption Center (Moldova, 2013)
– Developed and presented two one-week interview and interrogation programs for
the US Dept. of State introducing modern interview and interrogation techniques to
Moldova’s polygraph examiners and anti-corruption investigators
