The music video for "Bring Me Back To Life" by Evanescence uses two narrative strands that intersect. One follows the lead singer Amy Lee as she dreams and climbs through a building. The other follows the band playing their instruments. Around 2:30 the narratives converge as Amy hangs from a band member's arm, directly interacting. The video analyzes well Amy's narrative as it shows her distressed sleep and climb as a metaphor for her emotions. However, the video's narrative does not fully follow Todorov's narrative theory of equilibrium changes.
