OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / NVOCC / DEPT. - CLARION SHIPPING SERVICES LLC., DUBAI, U.A.E

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing Container and Tank releases and planning the schedule in available vessels.
Preparing Load Lists and B/Ls and getting customers confirmation and providing it to
voyage and slot operators.
Handling the task of Monitoring vessel, Inventories and yard operations and ensuring no
shipping issues.
Uploading all load lists in DP World and Filing Manifest / Uploading discharge & Manifest
Handling the task of coordination with all clients and both end operators, regarding
shipping documents and vessel schedules.
Sending Pre- Arrival Notice with all docs to destination before vessel arrival at POD.
Preparing all kinds of Invoices to customers without any delay.
Arranging payments for Vessel operators and slot operators on week basis.
Handling various modes of freight such as Sea, Air and Road.
Interacting with the customers and developing strategies for effective implementation of
the services to the Customers.
Quoting all Shipment Rates, Handling of documents and operating the Customer needs at an
effective manner.
Arranging Transportation and Warehousing facility.
Operating various liner web based systems for booking of containers and preparing
Delivery Order.

Coordinate with MECRC for container damage
Meet with other department heads about sales, purchasing, production and record control,
so the NVOCC activities remain coordinated and running smoothly

Planning of load & discharge files of the vessel for South East Asian & Latin American region.
Tracking Container/equipment activities based on region wise.
Handling global Booking request from clusters to amend internal system as per customer
requirements.
Preparation of manifest for special containers (Reefer, OOG & DG).
Updating & amending terminal system based on internal system information.
Assigning process tasks to team members based on dump reports.

Preparation of monthly & weekly reports of the team.
Working on the E2E score cards for all regions on a weekly basis.
