o To assist the Project Manager in handling the technical and design duties assigned.

Duties
o Produced the tender/construction drawings for the Navapark Marigold/Country Club projects at
BSD City, Tangerang, Jakarta and Thomson Medical at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
o Regular interactions and coordination with the client and architect to ensure smooth and timely
completion of project.
o Worked on commercial and residential projects for Malaysia and Indonesia.
o Learnt new landscape material finishes, plant species and technical specifications for reference

2. Projects
Navapark Marigold BSD Condominium (2013 – Present)
Marigold Navapark BSD Condominium is a resort condo / apartment which is very exclusive in the BSD
City and Serpong area located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project consists of 6 towers and they are being
surrounded by the natural environment, facilities and access to the NavaPark Botanical Park.
The facilities that are equipped and ready to the residents of the Navapark Marigold Condominium
consists of commercial areas, outdoor play areas, indoor playrooms, viewing decks, basement parking,
multi-function rooms, gym, barbecue areas, adult and child swimming pool areas, jogging track and
outdoor recreation areas.
Job Involvement/Duties
o Completed assignments with instruction from the Project Manager and the Landscape Architect,
ensured full adherence to design integrity and project requirements. Partnered with project
teams to provide effective landscape architectural solutions.
o Created the sketchup model of the landscape areas for submission/presentation to client.
o Prepared the tender/construction drawings on time for submission to the authorities and the
client.
o Developed ideas for screenings/ventilation openings at the basement area to fulfill the
requirements for ventilation and opening areas requested by the Mechanical & Engineering
consultants.
o Space planning of the outdoor recreation/function areas have to be able to have fire engine
access around the six towers.
o Designed universal access areas that catered to the disabled people so that they can access the
park from their homes without difficulty.
o Coordinated with the other consultants in preparing the tender package and the presentation to
the clients.
o Worked out the necessary level changes in determining the number of steps and the riser height
in accordance to the building law in Jakarta, Indonesia.
o Coordinated with the horticulture team in designing landscape terraced planting with different
types of planting at the boundary wall area to buffer the huge drop difference from the
landscape deck level and the park level area. The planting has to be more of shrubs and lesser
trees so that the view is not blocked facing the park area from the landscape deck.

3. Navapark BSDCountry Club (2013 – Present)
Navapark BSD Country Club is an exclusive country club catered to the residents living in the BSD City
and Serpong area located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project, 2.4 hectares in area, have high end facilities
that consists of outdoor tennis courts, indoor basketball courts, gym centre, children’s play room, spa
rooms, children’s pool, pool lagoon, lap pool area and aqua gym.
Job Involvement/Duties
o Completed assignments with instruction from the Project Manager and the Landscape Architect,
ensured full adherence to design integrity and project requirements. Partnered with project
teams to provide effective landscape architectural solutions. Planned work and scheduling
throughout all phases of the design process.
o Prepared the tender/construction drawings on time for submission to the authorities and the
client.
o Developed design ideas for screening of the basement staircase leading towards the landscape
deck level by implementing terraced planting around the staircase area.
o Design ideas and construction methods for the cabanas located around the pool areas.
o Coordinated with the architects and the clients in determining the different water levels for the
different pool areas.
o Coordinated with the horticulture team in determining the correct location of the trees and
shrubs around the country club area to provide shade and at the same time maximize the views
from the landscape function areas towards the lagoon.
o Created the sketchup model for the landscape areas and to present to clients and architects.
o Proper planning/usage and selection of materials for floor finishes and road finishes from local
suppliers in Jakarta to reduce cost and maximize efficiency.
o Created presentations that are user friendly and easy to understand by the clients for discussion
or submission.
o Designed the pattern for the EPDM layout at the playground area to make it look vibrant and
refreshing and also design wise in context with the country club spaces.
