Currently working in Continuous Galvanising & Galvalume Line of Bhushan Power & Steel
Ltd. Sambalpur in operation department. (COLD ROLLING MILL DIVISION). From july 2014
to till date.
 We have successfully processed 0.14mm thickness material in Galvalume, which is
thinnest material processed ever.
 Processed HR for Galvanising /galvalume
 Processed CR for continuous ANNEALING.

JOB PROFILE:-
1. To handle individual shift and utilise the available manpower in the best way to
get desired result.
2. To plan the process as per available material and plan given by PPC.
3. To maintain the coating of zinc up to the required mark as per the demand.
4. To maintain the temperature of non-ox furnace with in the given parameters
according to temper (hard or soft).
5. To remove the all type of defects such as scratch mark, roll mark, black spot,
chromic edge, waviness etc.
6. To maintain the adherence of Galvanizing/Galvalume sheet.
7. To examine the end product.
8. To make routine check up of the whole machinery and update the check list.
9. To keep proper data using SAP.
10.Looking upon erection and project of new galvalume line and gas line in CRM-2
PROJECT.
11. Looking after CGL/Galvalume operations in Orissa Plant. Involved in GALVALUME
Technology Transfer from BIEC International Inc.
12.Successfully commissioned & Started the new galvalume line project in crm-2
division by processing the thinner gauge 0.128mm cold rolled coil.
