Notes:
1. Appearing in interview/ Viva- Voce is compulsory for full time candidates.
2. Appearing in written test and interview/ Viva- Voce is compulsory for full time
sponsored/ part time candidates.
3. Candidates securing less than 50% marks in the above procedure will not be
admitted. All admission will be made in the order of merit.
4. After approval of the recommendations of the selection committee, the selected
candidates will be offered admission to the programme. They will be required to
join the concerned department.
5. There will not be any direct admission to any level above first semester.
Reservation: Reservation of seats will be as per rules:
Fee Structure:
i. Fee for India Students:
Candidates selected will be required to deposit the annual fee and other charges
immediately at the time of registration for which he/ she will be intimated before the date
of registration well before the time. The amount of fee payable by him /her is Rs.
32,470/- (Rupees. Thirty Two thousand four hundred Seventy only).
ii. Fee for foreign students:
Candidates selected will be required to deposit the annual fee and other charges
immediately at the time of registration for which he/ she will be intimated before the date
of registration well before the time. The amount of fee payable by him /her is
US$2500+Rs.4900/-(at the time of admission).US$400. Registration fee & US $100.
Special fee per year.
The fee is to be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favor of Director, Netaji Subhas
Institute of Technology, Delhi, payable at Delhi.
No part payment will be accepted.
No other mode of payment is accepted.
All deposits are payable in full on admission and the refundable security are refunded
only when the students leaves the Institute after deducting all the dues as determined by
the Institute. Security deposit will be forfeited by the Institute, if it is not claimed within
6. three years of the candidate s ceasing to be on the rolls of the Institute and shall be
deposited to Govt. Account.

application form along with attested photocopiers of certificates /testimonials and a
demand draft/ pay order of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) in favor of Director, NSIT,
New Delhi-110078 payable at Andhra Bank , NSIT Branch, New Delhi should reach to
office of the Assistant Registrar(Academic/PG) latest by 20/04/2010. Please write your
name address and telephone number (if any) at the back of the demand draft /pay order.
