- 4. Woman-owned company I worked at MTE when the opportunity arose to purchase the company. I made it official on July 1st, 1989 where I started with two employees and 3 manual machines in a 3,800 square foot building and now I employ 60 people working three shifts in a 52,000 square foot State-of-the-Art facility housing more than 35 CNC machines! - 5. MTE’s Progress: After hiring our core group of employees, we set out to be the best in the industry with high standards for quality and customer service. To this day that is still our number one priority. The three additions were prompted by additional work that we were awarded through existing and new customers in various markets. - 6. MTE’s Future Expansion: Because of our continued success and increased market base, MTE is looking to expand yet again. - 12. TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY CONTROLLED Precision Machining MTE’s entire facility is temperature and humidity controlled. The shop is consistently at 72° and our inspection lab is at 68°.
