Team
Channel Sales Manager
Your dedicated Channel Sales Manager is your
main point-of-contact for program support.
Support includes, but is not limited to, both sales
and marketing needs. It’s their goal to help you
build a successful program around the Infosec
product suite.
Client Success Manager
Your CSM is available to assist with program
planning and provide general guidance within the
Infosec IQ platform. Your CSM is also your
primary contact for any account questions such
as learner seat count changes, payment inquiries,
etc.
Customer Service Representative
Is your resource for troubleshooting any issues
you may encounter with the platform.

4. The MSP is responsible configuration and management of client accounts. The MSP
is also responsible for first-level support. Responsibilities of the MSP include the
following:
• First-level support for clients
• Support for third-party security systems including firewall, email delivery rules

In the Infosec IQ Account Settings, locate the Email Stack section to find all the IPs,
Domains, and Header information that you need to complete whitelisting. After whitelisting
has been complete, run a whitelisting test in the platform (see PhishSim campaigns for how
to set up a whitelisting test).
Important Note: Make sure you confirm exactly what Security Appliance your customer has
and who their Email Provider is.

Admins can access this report by
navigating to the Campaigns page of
either PhishSim or AwareEd. From
there follow the below steps:
1. Hover of the campaign name and select
details
2. Click the bar graph in the bottom right
corner for the campaign run you are
interested in
3. This will take you to the Campaigns
Details page. You can generate a CSV file
of all this information by clicking the
arrow pointing down next to the phish
rate/completion percentage

Allows admins to build reports
specific to campaigns and/or
groups that can be sent on a
weekly basis to stakeholders at
your customers’ organizations
To build this report, navigate to
the Reports drop-down menu
