• Primary: To understand the patronage of the Dell customers towards the
Dell products.
• Secondary:
a. To understand the consumer’s primary usage of their computers.
b. To understand the satisfaction level of the consumers derived from the Dell
products.
c. To understand the brand loyalty of the Dell customers.
d. To find the probability of the Dell customers recommending the products
to their friends and family.
e. To discover the correlation between the identified usage factors and the
underlying demographic aspects of the classification of the customers.
• What is the current market share of Dell ?
• What is the primary purpose of Dell products for their customers?
• What is the current satisfaction level of Dell customers?
• What is the share of customers who return to Dell products for their further
purchase?
• What is the co-relation between factors identified and demographics of
customers?

The research followed is descriptive research based on survey questionnaire
followed by causal.
