Mr. B graduated from Southern Adventist College with a degree in Elementary Education in 1983. After teaching grades 1-8 at a small school in Pennsylvania, he earned a Master's degree in Educational Education from Andrews University in 1989. He then taught English in Japan for 5 years with his family before moving to Saipan, where he worked as principal and teacher at a K-8 mission school for 4 years. Most recently, he has taught for 30 years in California at Paradise Adventist Academy and La Sierra Academy.

2. College Life
• Graduated from Southern Adventist College
of Seventh-day Adventists in 1983.
• Majored in Elementary Education

3. Teaching in Pensylvainia
My first teaching job!
Little one room school in Mifflintown. I taught
grades 1-8.

4. Back to College!
• Went to Andrews University in Michigan.
• Graduated in June of 1989. Received a
Masters of Arts in Educational Education.

5. Mission Life in Japan
• After teaching for 5 years I took a teaching
position in Japan with the Japan English
Language Schools.
• Great experience for me and my family – my
family consisted of me, my wife Diane and
daughter Kimberly and son Kent.

6. Move to Saipan
• Next we moved to Saipan for the next 4 years
where I was principal and teacher in our K-8
mission school.

7. California Living!
• After Saipan we move to beautiful California!
• I taught at Paradise Adventist Academy and at
La Sierra Academy.
• I have spent 30 years of my life now in the
profession of teaching and many more to go!
