College Life
• Graduated from Southern Adventist College
of Seventh-day Adventists in 1983.
• Majored in Elementary Education
Teaching in Pensylvainia
My first teaching job!
Little one room school in Mifflintown. I taught
grades 1-8.
Back to College!
• Went to Andrews University in Michigan.
• Graduated in June of 1989. Received a
Masters of Arts in Educational Education.
Mission Life in Japan
• After teaching for 5 years I took a teaching
position in Japan with the Japan English
Language Schools.
• Great experience for me and my family – my
family consisted of me, my wife Diane and
daughter Kimberly and son Kent.
Move to Saipan
• Next we moved to Saipan for the next 4 years
where I was principal and teacher in our K-8
mission school.
California Living!
• After Saipan we move to beautiful California!
• I taught at Paradise Adventist Academy and at
La Sierra Academy.
• I have spent 30 years of my life now in the
profession of teaching and many more to go!
