This document provides recipes for three types of meatballs: 1) Simple beef meatballs made from ground beef, tomato, onion, herbs and eggs that are simmered in a tomato sauce. 2) Swedish meatballs made from ground beef and/or pork, breadcrumbs, onions, white pepper and salt, and usually served with gravy, potatoes and lingonberry jam. 3) Stuffed meatballs made from ground meat filled with hard boiled egg pieces, and browned then simmered in tomato sauce.
