Solid (Operable) Partitions are the ideal solution for dynamic interior space division in any building, without affecting acoustic
insulation. The wall is perfectly aligned and sealed. It can be produced in various models to suit the most varied architectural
requirements. Itofferstheeffectivedivisionofspacewiththeutmostflexibility.
It comprises of panels which can be moved easily one at a time and interlock to form a partition wall, with a sound seal
present at the top and bottom of partition. This arrangement allows you to set up even the largest of the installations with the
minimum efforts.
Operable Partitions can be moved and kept in the position away from the actual opening. In location, the panels offer all the
properties and appearance of a permanent partition wall with improved acoustics. It adds space flexibility and sound

Semi Automatic Partitions offers operating convenience

operated cranks. With the facility to connect the connector
to the end face which creates power feed connections, the
user only has to operate the central control units. The
sealing strips and telescopic elements extend and retract
control under electronic control. The individual elements are
separated by means of an easily actuated toggle lever in the

are automatically extended in accordance with the

LIGHT WEIGHT SOLID SLIDING
Non Acoustic Partitions provides the ultimate versatility and
flexibility allowing for capabilities such as multiple room setups
and changes in the work surface. It allows the division of rooms
using modules made of a peripheral aluminium frame fitted with a
plate.Asinglewingdoorcanbeaddedonanypartofthewall.
The Non Acoustic Partitions are provided with aluminium top track
with rectangular or flat sandwich plates for holding the partition
panels. Non Acoustic Partitions are designed with special extruded
aluminium profiles on both ends with horizontal stiffeners in order
toformarigidandnon-deflecting framework.
It is perfect for complex space layouts and can be easily
customized with high ceiling and specific decor style. Non
Acoustic Partitions are duly fitted with brush seal at the top &
bottom level and finally laid on with MDF panels of 12 mm
thicknessandsuppliedinafinishedcondition.
Non Acoustic Partitions offers panels in 75 mm or 100 mm
thicknessandfittedwithfloor-mounteddustfreestoppers.

For The Manufacture And Installation Of The Movable Walls
At Malrox, it is always our priority to complete every project on time with utmost precision and perfection. In order to deliver
world-class solutions without making any compromises, we have exclusively developed a process for the manufacturing and
installationofthemovablewallsthatenablesustoachieveourobjectivewhileensuring clientsatisfaction.
TESTINGOFPANELSATPRODUCTION:
A random batch from all production batches is assembled and installed and checked for the correct levels and
necessaryclosures.

PACKINGOFTHE PANELS& FRAMES:
Once all clearances have been received, panels are disassembled and the deco board panels are laminated and
readied, and internal metal frameworks fitted with the necessary rubber seals, M/F alu sections attached with the
extending sound seals and gears and gaskets checked, the frames get duly packed. The finished panel boards get
packedseparatelyandallitemsgetreadiedforshipping. Shipping docsreadiedandcontainerreadiedfordispatch.

PREPARATIONOFNECESSARYDWGSANDDOCUMENTS:
On receipt of the BOQ, layout and elevation drawings from the contractor / client, a shop drawing for the same is
prepared and superimposed in the architect’s original drawings since some times the measures of the parking bay
needtobeadjusteddepending onthenumberofpanelsandtheadjoininglocationoftheentrydoors.

Alldrawingsaredulysubmitted withthetechspecsandproductdetailswithacommericalofferforthesame.

SITEMEASURES:
On the approval of the tech specs, product details and offer, the technician visits the site for final measures as per site
andafinalshopdrawingaspersitemeasuresissubmitted nowforsignofffromthesitearchitect,siteprojectengineer.

PRODUCTIONOFPANELS& FRAMES:
All materials are duly cut and welded as per the shop drawings and internal frame works for the walls prepared as also
the above ceiling structure, all aluminum sections M/F, top guide are duly power coated, insulation matting – tech
sound, rock wool etc. are kept ready before the final assembly of all panels. The MDF panels are duly cut and re-sized
asperpanelmeasures,andlaminated.

HANDING OVER:
Handing over of system with 3 sets of necessary handing over documents duly submitted at site, with the
necessaryhanding overmanualetc.,atsitewiththesiteengineer.

INSTALLATION OFTHE TOPGUIDEAND PANELSATSITE:
Installation team mobilizes the necessary shuttering for the installation of the track and site leveling and marking
commences. On installation of the top guide the sound baffle gets erected as shown in the shop drawings. After
completionofallaboveceilingstructuresthepanelsgeterectedandthesystemdulycommissionedatsite.

OPERATIONALINSTRUCTIONS:
Handing over with due instructions to the clients operator at the time of the contractor handing over of the site to the
Client.
